Emblem Edges

We offer 3 edge types for your emblem.

1. Merrow Edge - this is the most common edge and is considered the standard. It consists of a protective "molding" of thread that runs around the outside edge of the emblem. It is often referred to as a rolled edge because of its appearance.

2. Hand Cut Edge - this edge is cut to the shape of the emblem leaving the base material visible outside of the sewn area. It is best for irregularly shaped emblems where a merrow edge would not be possible.

3. Laser Cut Edge - this edge is laser cut. It follows the edge of the embroidery and gives an illusion of being directly embroidered onto the garment when used with heat seal or adhesive backing.
