The Order Process
The process is simple Quote, Order, Sampling, Approval, Production, Delivery.
Any of these parts of the process can be changed to your needs we recommend however to follow the process step by step.
(We will be happy to walk you through this process also. Please feel free to fax us or email us with your art so we can start up for you.)

The Quote (TOP)
To receive a quote for your emblem we will need information.
1. Contact Information: We will need this to get in contact with you with questions and/or your quote.
2. Emblem Information: This information will allow us to give you an accurate quote. The information needed are things like
The emblem size, quantities, artwork, colors, edging, backings, shipping, any rush delivery times and any other information you may feel is pertinent to us making you an emblem.
We will send a quote to you via your contact information which you have shared with us.
(Quotes are good for 30 days from the date of the written quote, verbal quotes are not guaranteed

The Order (TOP)
1. To place an order simply reference your quote via the quote date and name. We can make an emblem without a quote however, you will have to approve your emblem without a quote or guaranteed price.
2. Terms and payment.
3. Pre production.
If this is a repeat order, just reference the previous invoice with the quantities you need. We will give you a quote where upon approval we will begin production for you.

Pre production and Physical Sampling (TOP)
For a nominal fee we can make you a Physical Sample of your emblem.
If you are not needing a sample, we will make either a paper proof for you or in some cases a pre production sample which we can email to you.

Approvals (TOP)
Once you have received your artwork proof. We will need you to go over all aspects to make sure what you see is the same as what we see.
Check on the size, artwork, colors, edging, backing, quantity, and any other part you feel would help in making your emblem accurately.
Simply sign your approval and send it back. We will begin.

Production (TOP)
We will begin production after all approvals and terms of payment have been meant. These things are so what you need will be made as you want it. There is nothing worst than completing a job only to find out it is incorrect. It is at this point we can not make changes. We will make the emblem based on your approvals.

Delivery (TOP)
We will do everything we can to deliver your emblem on time. We need to know your requested delivery time.
If this time is not possible we will let you know. If there is a rush fee, we will let you know that also.

Please give us your contact information so if we have any questions about your order we can contact you.
Until we have this information we will be unable to work on your order.
This includes but is not limited to the following information.
Company Name, Address, Contact Persons Name, Phone Number.
If possible an Email Address and/or Fax Number.
There have been more times when someone has asked for a quote but didn't include any of the information needed to respond back with their quote. So please let us respond back to you. Feel free to contact us a second time to verify we have received your request. |
Sizing (Back to Order Process) - (TOP)
This is the (Maximum Height + Maximum Width) divided by 2. If there is a remainder go to the next closest 1/2 inch.
(i.e.. 2 + 3.5 = 5.5, 5.5 divided by 2 = 2 3/4. This would be a 3 inch emblem) |

Artwork (Back to Order Process) - (TOP)
Send us your prepared artwork to be used for your emblem. We will gladly accept camera ready artwork, vectorized files and hi-res picture files. Rule of thumb (the better the art, the better your end result)
If we need to create the artwork, correct the artwork, or improve the artwork there may be an art charge.
We accept the following files. ( JPG, GIF, AI (CS2 or lower) Physical Copy)
We do not accept any word documents, publisher documents, or embedded pictures. |

Colors (Back to Order Process) - (TOP)
7 Thread colors are the standard. Additional colors can be added with a nominal fee. Metallic threads are available but only on a quote by quote basis. When giving us your color choices, please give us your color needs based on the "PMS Solid Coated Color Numbers" or a Madeira Color chart, we will try to match up as close to your colors as possible.

Edgings (Back to Order Process) - (TOP)
We offer 3 edge types for your emblem.
• Merrow Edge - the most common edge and is considered the standard. It consists of a protective "molding" of thread that runs around the emblem. It is often referred to as a rolled edge because of its appearance.
• Hand Cut Edge - this edge is cut to the shape of the emblem leaving the base material visible outside of the sewn area. It is best for irregularly shaped emblems where a merrow edge would not be possible.
• Laser Cut Edge - this edge is laser cut. It follows the edge of the embroidery and gives an illusion of being directly embroidered onto the garment when used with heat seal or adhesive backing. |

Backings (Back to Order Process)- (TOP)
We offer different types of backing for you to choose from. Each type has its own use and can make a major difference in how it stands up for you and works for you.
No Backing
This is the most common. As time has gone by, the creation of emblems has evolved. The need to always have a backing has passed.
Plastic Backing
This backing brings a stiffness to the emblem.
Heat Seal Backing
A coating is applied to the back of the emblem allowing the emblem to be attached by the use of a heat press.
The attachment works well in many cases.
Pressure Sensitive / Sticky Back
This backing allows the emblem to temporarily stick to other surfaces. It also helps to hold the emblem in place without the need for spray glues.
Velcro Backing
This backing allows the emblem to be removed from its location and replaced at a later time.

We use a flat rate for our ground shipping $7.00 within the continental US
Faster premium services are available for a higher charge.

Please allow 3 to 6 weeks from the receipt of purchase order (PO), approved art, and payment.
